Flores, according to the DA’s office, also assaulted a person with a gun at the victim’s home on Oct. 15 and stole the victim’s property. In this case, Flores was charged with two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, first-degree residential robbery and carrying a loaded firearm in public.
