FORECAST

FINALLY FEELING LIKE FALL

After a humid weekend, some much more comfortable weather is settling into South Central Texas to start the week. Expect more sunshine and lower humidity starting Monday. While afternoon highs will reach the mid-80s to low 90s, lower dew points will bring refreshing mornings. By midweek, lows will drop into the 50s and 60s, keeping conditions pleasant through Wednesday.

SMALL RAIN CHANCE LATE WEEK

The dry spell may break by the end of the week as a disturbance moving in from the west introduces a slight chance of showers on Thursday and Friday. Because these rain chances remain low, many areas will likely stay dry.

WATCHING THE GULF

We are tracking a potential tropical system in the Gulf with a 50% chance of development late this week. Significant uncertainty remains regarding its path and intensity. While current models suggest South Central Texas may stay dry, it is too early to determine specific local impacts.
